Our Order Process

Each month, along with your regular reminder text, you will now receive a link that is specific to your order. You can respond like normal OR you can click the link to our Triumph Trumpet Portal.

Step 1

Here’s how it works:

Pro Tip: Your Last Name is case sensitive (Jr. Sr. have punctuation)

Step 2

Verify your Personal Information and Shipping Address.

Step 3

The next screen is your last order and order date. If you want this same order, select the Re-Order button. If you want to customize your order, select the New Order button.

Step 4

By selecting Re-Order, your same order from the previous month is on it’s way to you

Step 5

If you select New Order, you will see your items with the maximum quantity allowed. Adjust your amounts and click Order.

Step 6

Once you click Order, you are able to review your order. Select place order.

Step 7

If your insurance requires us to ask about Home Health, you will answer next.

Step 8

If there are no required questions, your order has been placed.
