Triumph Home Health Supplies accepts returns within a 30-daytime period. Returned items will be refunded less a $20 restocking fee. Disposable supplies must be returned unopened. Special order or custom items are non-returnable. Triumph will not reimburse for shipping costs. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Incorrect Items

If you are shipped an incorrect item, we will replace the item at no charge. Errors must be reported within 10 days of the receipt of your order to correct the error.

Custom or Special Order Items

Any custom or special order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once the item is ordered from our suppliers. Custom or special order items cannot be returned even if the product is unused or unopened.
